Our Bookable Spaces
Hire Our Whole Pub
The entire pub is available for exclusive hire on Saturdays, perfect for larger gatherings or small events. For unique occasions like TV screenings or special shows, whole pub hire on other days can also be arranged, with pricing based on forecasted takings. These bookings are handled upon enquiry.
Hire The Barrister’s Booth
The Barrister’s Booth is an exclusive seating area with rich, red leather booths, offering a semi-private spot for groups of up to 20 for a £50 fee. It provides an intimate setting with a touch of elegance. This intimate space is available without time restrictions, making it a relaxed option for your gathering.
Hire The Jury's Nook
The Jury’s Nook, is an intimate and cosy space at the back of the pub, featuring a bottle-cave ceiling, comfortable booth seating, and barrel tables. Perfect for smaller gatherings, we charge a rate of £100 (for up to 40 guests). Jury’s Nook can be reserved without time restrictions, making it a relaxed option for your event.
Book A Table
For all other general bookings, we offer reservations for a small fee of £20 per table. Enjoy a hassle-free reservation, perfect for gathering with friends or colleagues in the cosy atmosphere of The Old Nick.
Booking and Deposit Policy
All reservations require a booking fee per area to secure the space.
Barrister’s Booth: £50 (up to 20 guests)
Jury’s Nook: £100 (up to 40 guests)
General table reservations: £20 per table
All booking fees are non-refundable, and the money is donated to charity.
We also provide receipts for booking fees, so guests can claim these as business expenses where applicable.
Guests are welcome to reserve their space for as long as needed. We simply ask that you arrive within 15 minutes of your booking time, or let us know if you’re running late.
