Dearest reader, a hearty welcome to the home of The Pie Society. We plead guilty to crimes of tastiness in the first degree. Our emporium of pies is our pride and joy; each carefully prepared and served on a plush bed of mashed potato, a spoon of mushy peas and cloaked in a rich gravy with a scattering of crispy onions. But first, one should become acquainted with our pastry panel. A proper pie deserves a proper introduction, after all.

The Judge
Tender cuts of succulent steak and soft onions are enveloped in a rich, ale-infused gravy, wrapped in shortcrust pastry and topped with a most golden puffed pastry. A pie worthy of cross-examination.

An exotic escapade of spiced cauliflower and spinach, enthroned within a Balti sauce of fragrant intrigue, all elegantly concealed within its golden pastry robe. A delightfully daring plea of guilty in crimes of tastiness.
